The course also outlines the options and support available if you experience or witness unacceptable conduct, while promoting the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity and explaining the legislation that underpins these obligations. In addition, you’ll gain access to a range of resources designed to support you in identifying, addressing, and taking appropriate action in situations involving workplace misconduct.
