This course provides essential knowledge to help you understand, prevent, and respond to inappropriate behavior in the workplace. You will learn to define and recognize different types of discrimination, bullying, harassment, and victimization, and explore practical strategies to prevent these behaviors.

The course also outlines the options and support available if you experience or witness unacceptable conduct, while promoting the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity and explaining the legislation that underpins these obligations. In addition, you’ll gain access to a range of resources designed to support you in identifying, addressing, and taking appropriate action in situations involving workplace misconduct.
