Risk Management

This course focuses on risk management within the workplace and outlines the four-step risk management process to identify, assess, control, and review risks. It highlights the importance of understanding the duty of care of the PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) and all stakeholders involved in reducing operational, financial, compliance, legislative, human, and reputational risks.

To make it practical and learn how to use the knowledge that has been learned, a Risk assessment activity needs to be completed.

The reference links and additional documents and templates provide further information for engineers, building certifiers, administrative staff, and construction workers.

Everyone has a duty to manage risks at work. Regardless of your role or department, risk management can be applied to any scenario.
